This is a affiliate/commission program...shocker I know. The service industry is for YouTube promotion. From the description and my own observation, it sounds similar to a botting service. Though you can decide for yourself:
First Message:
"So i work with a third party company which promotes youtube channels. We advertise people’s videos for cheap . You will just have to get some customers and if u get 10 customers in a day you can earn 15$ from the commissions, and if you get 300 people in a month, you can potentially earn 450$. Now before you complain, we know the perfect place to look for buyers, that will be gg./Youtubers and gg./Youtuber. You can contact the people in there who are looking to grow. If you are interested , then i can inform you about the rates and stuff"
Second Response:
"This company confidential works like google ads but cheaper, partnered and sponsored websites and blogs allow them to put the ads on"
