6k by 6k Terrain (Western themed) (Cheap)

Hello users of MC Market,

Today I am seeing about selling this map fast. I have a 6k by 6k terrain map themed off of the rocky mountains southern point and new Mexico. The map takes some inspiration from Red Dead Redemption.

I'm looking to sell this map relatively fast (for how fast things sell on MC Market) as the original commission did not fall through due to implications, and so I will sell it on here.
The size is roughly 6k by 6k, and has sand regions (filled with cacti and dead shrubs), mountains (with region accurate trees), and the great mesa biome of the south (with plenty of region features, canyons, and valleys). Plenty of space for construction to occur for any projects, gold ores increased heavily (survival ready).

I have 1 repeating client (VintageDon) who has me on his short list for any commissions, as I've repeatedly done them as he wanted.

My ToS: 1. You have up to 24 hours to request a refund for any commission, of value greater than $50.00 USD.
2. You have up to 24 hours upon purchasing to request any minor changes, but any made after the 24 hours will either require a charge to be performed, or will not be done at all.
3. Anything below $50.00 USD will not be refunded, NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. If a refund is requested that meets the minimum criteria of $50.00 USD and above, you acknowledge that you will only be receiving 50% of your total pay (I keep 50% for time spent/labor).
5. By purchasing or commissioning me, you acknowledge the above mentioned rules, and therefore forfeit the right to charge back (a dispute will be filed if you violate these rules) without reason, and that any refund will only be up to 50% back, no exceptions. If you break these rules, you forfeit the right to sell the commissioned merchandise, which will promptly be put back on the market.

Additional notes: If you do not break the rules mentioned above, you retain the full rights to resell any commissioned product, with my approval.
