$75 - $150 Custom Plugin

I am looking for a special world generation plugin, which I will pay $75 for.

I want this plugin to scrap the old world generation system, and to generate islands from y0 - y256. The islands need to look amazing as well. The islands would be of varying sizes, and shapes, at varying heights. They will spawn on average 20 blocks away from each other. Each island needs to be different, and the ones in the overworld will spawn ores like normal vanilla.

There wont be any villages, dungeons ect.
It wont spawn any bedrock.
It will work in all 3 worlds, the overworld, nether and end, with islands specific to each one. I can't have a nether island spawning in the overworld.

I don't think ewg will be able to do that + he is looking for all 3 dimensions so it would require epicnethergenerator but it doesn't fit what he's asking for
