Why is it "more valuable than 1k" ?

It's not that hard and way less expensive to start a server from the ground up with a better players base, the same generic gamemodes and better builds.

The amount of work put into this server is a tramendous amount.

Also keep in mind i have spent quite alot on this server and i do expect atleast a portion of the money i put into it back.

Everything is setup apart from minigames and prison. Players do enjoy the server and it can easily be a successful server in the right hands.

It took a long time to configure everything including all plugins in every server.

I've spent hundreds of hours into a setup before and have it appraised as far less than I expected.
It's the truth. Even if you did spend "lots" of time into the server, that doesn't mean the server is worth a lot.

It's not the fact I put a lot of time into this. It's the amount of money I put into this and I expect a portion back.

Work and time ._. Nothing bout money, I can setup such a server in 2 hours if I want
