I'm selling this 8 portal hub which I'd completed for a client two months ago, however unfortunately he backed out of the deal due to financial problems, leaving me with the build.

Looks amazing! But the Bin is kinda over priced due to the fact that you most likely have just copy pasted one side to another, so about 100$ BIN I would say, because 200$.
No offense, but no one will spent that much money on Minecraft.

Incorrect, you have no idea what you're saying. People spend $10000's of dollars on Minecraft and much more.
As for this build, I think the price is fine and so do many others.
