No It's not stolen from chexy, YardDog built this on chexys server, and in YardDogs desicription of selling this, he says "msg me to come see it IN-GAME"

All I'm saying is, nobodys coming to see it in-game.

Yeah, a good solution to that is skype screenshare. that way people dont need to join a server but they do get to see the build live.
