$800 Budget - Ideas Needed

hello. I have an $800 budget and I was looking for some suggestions for how to go about spending it to grow a server and make it popular. My plan was to spend around $200 purchasing a already created factions server then use the rest for advertising. Does anyone have suggestions about how I should go about using the money to hopefully create a server with a 30+ player base?

No you can't... A custom setup that is actually custom starts in the upper $50s or even more. High quality setups can be $200 or more if it is actually custom.

I can do very high quality setups too. It is usually just the person's budget. People on here for some reason think you can get a high-quality custom setup for $30 of their parents credit card or are severely under budgeted

Do you even know how much a "custom" plugin starts at? I don't wish to start a fight but want to rather make my point. Go look at the development threads and come back to me when you can find someone to make a custom plugin that is high-quality, under $30, large enough to make a difference on the server, and the developer willing to keep it exclusive.[DOUBLEPOST=1495715532][/DOUBLEPOST]Not to mention the builds($50) and artwork($45-$75). Plus a website($50+). Oh and if the website includes a forums and you want that to Xenforo rather than enjin add $140.

First off I wasn't talking bout custom plugins and I'm pretty sure neither was OP. Custom setup doesn't mean custom plugins. But can include them sure. Also their are plenty of forum software's just as good or better then Xenforo for cheaper. Artwork... You can easily find deals to get $15-35. Website you can find deals to get it around $30. Hosting dedi 16gb ~$30-35.
