A promotional video was purchased from Solace for content creation purposes.
Unfortunately, the video that was provided to us felt rushed, poorly edited, and lacked any meaningful promotional value. It did not appear to be handled with the level of care, effort, or professionalism that would be expected from a paid promotional service.
The video they provided generated a conversion rate of less than 0.2%, which was extremely poor and far below what would reasonably be expected from a paid promotional service.
In addition to this, when I raised a few general enquiries regarding the service, the response I received felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. Rather than addressing the concerns properly, their attitude appeared to change noticeably after payment had already been made.
Based on my experience, I would advise against working with this individual for content creation and would strongly recommend exercising caution before engaging in any business with them.

I suggest next time reviewing the content which is uploaded on my channel before purchasing an advertisement. It's clear you did not do your due diligence before going through with a deal. Don't act surprised with a COMPLETELY different content style underperforms on my channel. I perfectly followed the instructions outlined in our deal. The video was a perfect promotion and had no issues.
