oh yeah i said that by mistake but I bought these spawns from them a while back when i had a hub but then i ended up quitting minecraft for a bit. But now i have just been running a factions spawn for the past 3 months or so andi have a brand new spawn so that is why i am selling these
Hyperscale needs to verify that this took place, and that he gave you permission to resell you.
i have the permission to sell it once i own it. Its mine i can do whatever i want with it!
Not if he said you do not have resell rights. You have to be given them. Also, it is just common courtesy to ask, even though it is technically yours. If anything, you should want to provide that sort of proof so that you can prove you are not lying or a scammer.

Other than that you legit own these spawns and if hyperscale sold them to you or not. The most funny thing is that hyperscale is quit a good builder but if you look at teh green spawn with the oriental houses. They are copy pasted from The MysticAbsents Map called: Nashiki

Yeah i see that but a lot of builders use some things from other builds for their new builds etc. My map is still completely custom and am selling them beyond cheap for the quality.
