Devouch for this host, plans start at $0.10, which is less than the cost of multicraft, I asked how they offer this and if they use nulled software, the support staff said "The chat is for sales only", then left. Clearly using stolen software for the panel.

While is is likely that's the case. There isn't anyone stopping you from using a bunch of owned licenses.
