Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before buying any ads operated by us. Your access to and use of the services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By buying our ads you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms they you may not access the Trading.

What is an Ad ?
An ad is a paid service we provide that is done by hosting some form of giveaway, with a requirement to join - that is to join the ad buyer's server. This results in a significant number of new users for the ad buyer and helps grow their server.Terms of services of SnowMC Community
- All payments must be through f&f on PayPal or Bitcoin (depends on our availability)
- We do not offer refunds. All purchases are final unless stated so.
- We are not responsible for what happens to your server.
- We are not responsible for the new members that join your server.
- If for whatever reason the payment is g&s, you are not allowed under any circumstances to charge-back
- All purchases are final. You can't change your mind about ad after the payment is done (We offer no cancellations)
- We do not guarantee joins. All advertisements have an estimated join rate under their price. If it is not stated, we cannot estimate any joins for that plan.
- We don't accept any payment method like Xbox Glitch, doesn't support our server interests
- Your server can not break Discord's TOS in any way and the ad will be removed if you do after it launches with no refund
- We do not advertise NSFW/Scam servers if payment is made and we did not know about your server you will not be refunded.
- We accept Nitro codes as payment method, but it have conditions and it is listed below
- We need to redeem the codes before the ad
- If one of the codes got revoked and you didn't state us that it is your not attention (accident), we have right to terminate the purchase, even if we use one of the codes
- If for whatever reason the cancellation got opened, you are not allowed under any circumstances to charge-back money
- If you want to cancel the ad after you purchase the discord promotion ad before it got posted, you will only get 50% money back
- If you paid with nitro payment but wanted to cancel the ad, you can't be refunded
- You can cancel the ad after it got posted, but you will not get any Refund
