8k x 8k, Medium Quality Custom Terrain.

Hey McM, Im looking to buy a 8k x 8k map for my Factions server. I dont want it to be too high quality, I just want it to look better than the normal minecraft terrain. Also I want there to be pretty big lakes and that means it would almost only be 5-6k x 5-6k.
Also, I want there to be extra unique structures and dungeons in the map, if its possible. Also I want unique trees, and some HUGE trees!
If u are interested please say how much u are willing to do this for, and what else detail u need.
