This is not a helpful comment... Nor can i 'do' anything if you were referring to me, I am looking for the original thread for this sale, but it was sold on Canyonman35's behalf by Craftpixel a while back so ill try find it.

Jack canyonman35 is a scammer .
he scammed my current bt maps and few others and sold them . he once was a craftpixel builder just like me and he didn't have the perms to sell it . dreams is the former owner of craftpixel and them map was never sold to anyone from the build team itself just from a scammer that was on the build team thats all .

Whether he was a scammer or not, I know for a fact that this build was sold before.

So it was sold by canyonman35. Assuming it was not owned by that person (considering he was banned for scamming related to selling builds that weren't his and the likes), it decreases the value of this build but does not make it unsellable.

Also, it is very possible the person you sold it to sold it to dreams or someone else.
Once you get banned it's sortof hard to keep track of people reselling your builds.

he told us he was builder once but as we saw he's not a good builder he got kickedof the team . i had another bt i am part on and it called tempest . he joined us as a trial and scamed our maps and sold it to like atleast 20 servers . (koth arenas ) and he's saying was "i bought this from you " but he didn't cus he's builder himself he actually told his friend to cooprate with him and tell him he sold him the map but the other guy was never on our server and it was private maps so due that fact we could see he was a lier . he tried to steal maps from a good friends of mine on MidWay build team and when i saw him there i banned him right away . he is a scammer and DO notever deal with this guy ever .

I gathered as much. Don't worry, I don't tend to have sympathy for scammers. Even if it was only a single incident I would not.

This, is Mostly incorrect.
1) I was not kicked from CraftPixel, i left because i had exams and went inactive. In fact i sold around 5-7 builds whilst there.
2) I joined Tempest under a new name because I wanted to try to get money to pay back the person I scammed... (the incident was me just messing up, and I take responsibility for that. Even if I don't get unbanned ever, I just wanted to get it off my mind.
3) I did get banned on that account because some1 realised and thats when I left Tempest.
4) I was banned from the Tempest server immediately (and trust me or not, I DID NOT WORLD DOWNLOAD ANY MAPS)
5) I decided to start a server (to try and make money to pay this guy back) and some1 came to me offering 9 KoTH's for $10, so I bought them. The server fell through and so I tried to sell the builds.
6) Turns out the builds were Tempest's and I had actually been scammed myself. After being told it was theirs I did not sell it. To ANYONE (not at least 20 servers, you are just trying to blow this out of scale. And I understand why, you thought I stole your build, but I have paypal transaction proof that i bought this, and Skype messages which I have already shown you, but you ignored and blocked me...)

I gave up at this point and decided to move on from building.

NOW a mate pointed out to me that this build was being sold so i made this account.
I only made this account to try and stop 'Dreams' from selling a build i have already sold. It was built by me (before i "scammed" (once)) and was promised to be an exclusive sale. I am trying to do no harm by opening thisaccount, just to stop 'Dreams' selling what is not theirs, and what is already been sold.
So stop acting like a hero as if you've caught a 'scammer' because 1, i am not a scammer. I messed up once, have tried to fix it but can't. And 2, I am actually trying to stop some1 else from scamming.

If you don't believe anything I have said that is fine, Ill live with it.

But the one thing you can trust is that this build has been sold before, fair and square. If the person gave/sold it to dreams then thats fine, but I don't think that they did. So... I am commenting on this thread...

Indeed. I remember checking his imgur against the pictures provided by tempest.
I do have to say he is probably one of the better liars out there. If I hadn't been involved in that back then, I might have believed him to some extent.
