Where could I get an amazing, grand 9 Portal Hub?

None of the people I talked to ever worked out, some just don't really build what I like, and some just can't respond fast enough to my liking.

What team should I use? Any individual? Etc.

Please tag or link to whoever you suggest, thanks.

My budget is $200 but this can go up a little.

Wasting my time, ordered a build from me and then tried to contact other people about buying the same build from them, after I had made 99% Of the build. (The one he is trying to order from this thread)

It wasn't a figure of speech, it was an exaggeration in which you try to make me look like I wasted hours upon hours of work. The hub was like 35% done.

Whatever, please stop posting here about it, save it for the scam report.
