Myself and Diz own a server together and are launching another 9 or so after that. Each of these server is managed by Rush .
At these servers we handle things a bit differently. The staff team I like to keep migrating and fluid. Your rank on one transfers to all of the others, except for helpers. The reset schedules for each also lineup perfectly to not compete with each other. Before launches however I'd need to make sure of two things:

Is there viable staffing for each of the 9 teams.
Essentially, one group is roaming. Server to server. Purposefully with the intent of making sure each server is running to standard. This would normally entail of Rush and my Head Admin and Developers.
The other roles are stone cold on their own respective servers, with migrations to others during downtime (Say, Resets). Staff teams are global, meaning you do have said rank in each place with the same qualifications across the board, but your main focus is your respective server. This however is not publicly displayed.
Now that this makes a little bit of sense, I'll explain the roles I'm recruiting for:
Administration: Looking for 3-4 admins who can handle configurations. You'd be basic admins. Not head administration. Nor moderators. You'd be handling the back end of the server, with no access to console. That means configs and jars are sent to you for your edits, meaning you'd need your own local host. This is to prevent unnecessary theft of files. If your screen share knowledge is minimal, this can be compensated for in knowledge of setups.
Wondering if these are paid roles? Management is a paid role. Head Administration is a role that's paid after proof of skill is shown on the server. Administration and all staffing below are given free in game perks and advantages for if they choose to play.
Wondering about each of the 9 servers? Each is a factions server with the same core mechanics and setups, with differences in themes and spawns. None are connected through bungee period, so they will look and feel as though they are separate entities, and may rely on the backings of others financially and staffing. There's a concept in engineering that displays the theory in perfection:
4 men. Sitting Shoulder to back to each other. My left shoulder against your back, your left against someone else's, etc until we've gone full circle with 4 individuals. If we all were sitting on chairs in doing so, leaned back, and locked arms, we could have the chairs removed from underneath us and balance perfectly with no downward force. The idea of supporting each other without being directly linked. Ta-Da.
