Nopp them using Phoenixnap datacenter and its very good thats why its cost 12 USD per GB and 10 USD on mcprohosting
CubedHost Has now created a custum panel that will be tested in beta now maybe 1-2 weeks
I have now used CubedHost for 2 years 12 USD per GB is nothing for me its the normal price for servers

Our Minecraft servers are normally priced at $12/GB per month. We do indeed use PhoenixNAP, though our Phoenix servers are entirely colocated with similar plans for Ashburn, VA in the next couple of months.
That price is definitely higher than others, but there are a few reasons for that: we currently include nightly backups no matter how much data your server uses; we specifically use high end Xeon E3 processors with high single-thead performance for maximum TPS and retain a percentage of RAM unused on each node to avoid degraded performance and crashes; we have multiple layers of monitoring for all services, so any issue that does arise is generally resolved in moments; we provide dedicated MySQL servers in every location for low latency database connections; and we're investing heavily into developing a new control panel to replace Multicraft and streamline Minecraft server management.
I definitely understand your concerns about pricing and we're working hard to bring them down over the next few months.
