$900 in a minecraft server?

my name is Jack and i am looking to invest 900$ in a minecraft server. I think that is a fair budget as to i am looking for people who would help for free in the beggining and as the server raises players and donations i would pay off to everyone who would help the server.

I would purchase a dedicated server to make a network.

Looking for a team and ideas:

Moderators
Deveoper
Manager
Admins

Once the team completes and we have a list of what are we doing we will begin.

And please note that i am looking for people who would want to have fun creating this server not looking for professional managers,developers because ofcourse they dont work for free.
