No sorry there is no upgrade system or configurable drop time.

I have used Metadata and locations.. How do you think the runnable knows where the blocks are? And how do you think I'm saving them? Of course I'm using that! xD

This is a cool plugin everyone just needs to shut the fuck up lol if you don't like leave this guy alone and go make one urself instead of wasteing ur time bitching bout nothing. GLWS man its pretty good does need a few improvements yes but that's just for configuration mainly
