A 2D glitch intro

Hello! Today I'm looking to buy a 2d ae glitch intro.

Description
I want the intro to start with a glitch where the background is black and the text "Neekon" glitches in, in white followed with the color scheme changing by another glitch (text turns black background turns white) then back to normal and it ends.

Sorry if that doesn't make sense its 12 AM as I'm writing this, I couldn't find any good examples.
