Hello I am here to make my third suggestion for Mc-Market :D
My suggestion is that there should be a mod for every forum on Mc-Market.
I know that the staff are having a hard time now and I understand what they are going through.
I think my suggestion will help because instead of having for example 6 mods for the whole website have a mod for each forum.
I think that the following people who are not mod already would be great mods for the forums listed beside the names.
Doge for accounts
Skionz for plugins
And so forth.
If you agree please post +1 and post -1 if you dont.
Thanks for your time :)

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

-1 because I wasn't one of the people you listed. xD

Nah, but really...
I'm curious... Could you provide some evidence, or at least explain why you think the staff are not on top of things?
I actually thought they were handling the site quite nicely.
I'm surprised to see this.

Anyways, minecraftforums has something like this, and I'd rather this site not go that way...
It makes things a lot more complicated than it needs to be, worrying about who has power in what area....

What makes the current system great is that if one person is unable to preform, other staff are always able to jump in for them, having so few ranks means everyone has the same relative authority in most situations regardless of forum.
Besides, there are a lot of forums/subforums, and having a staff member and a backup in control of every single one means a lot of unnecessary additions for the staff team... There are enough complains on staff being unprofessional. If we were role in a cesspool of fresh meat, I can't see the public opinion of the staff becoming any better.
I doubt the current administrators would be able to maintain watch of each and every individual staff member in that case.

I see what you are saying and I understand it.
And I only posted this thread because I see alot of threads about staff not being good so i thought of this system.
Thanks for your opinion though I like it :)

Our Moderators are generally in different timezones, so this wouldn't be very practical for us, I'm afraid.
