a claim donation plugin

i would like a /claim plugin like on cosmicpvp.
once a user purchases a package on buycraft, the server will run something like /addclaim %player% herorank.
Then, in game when they type /claim, their rank is there. they either left click to accept, or right click to deny.
if they right click or left click, it'll add to a log with timestamps.
