I would recommend going to companies themselves offering paid jobs. There's not a lot of paid jobs you can get unless you really have the experience and I only know around a few minecraft hosting companies that would offer jobs with pay. Good luck with your career search but you will get very few, if any, people coming to you by just posting on a forum.
