A Developer that can help me with few bugs on my prison server!

Hey, I'm having few bugs which i'll list:

1) One of the enchant yesterday in /enchant was working perfectly fine, but not it's not there anymore, not sure what happened to it, in the config it's there, but ingame nope.
2) The pickaxesell plugin, it allows some blocks to be sold by right click, but some donor ranks can't sell it, and it's a prison server, all blocks should be able to be sold, so not sure what's causing it, and also using QuickSell plugin. (I did add the perm node but still same issue)
3) I added a command to the EzRankup plugin, so every rankup you get a key, but the command seems to not work.
