basically its 4 plugins citadel, juke alert, namelayer, and exilepearl. these are used in civcraft servers, im making a political war server for clans, and well i have the github repositories for these plugins but i do not know how to compile them. and they are for 1.10.2 if its possible i would like them to work on 1.11.2 if not just the compile would be great.
