What's this all about?​

Alright, so hello, my name is Thane the lead owner of what I'm hoping to become an MMORPG. This MMORPG will consist of many features, including: Classes, Skills, Quests, Custom Mobs, Trading, and much more. So, I really want this to be enjoyable for the Dev who does this, and yes, you guys' get input considering you will then be apart of the team. Just here are something that you need to know:

• This will all (Mobs, items, Quests) need to be accessed and edited through a GitHub repository (I will have a for, don't worry)
• Have the Mobs, Items, and Quests written in YML's
• You will get 33% of shares if you stick with us through it all
• Yes, you will be paid, however budget is being worked on right now, fair amount though.

If this is a company, is it public or private? In which country is it based? And if you're not a company, don't talk about shares.

I mean, if you really want to you could I GUESS... call it a company, but really we're just a server/network. And besides, by shares I mean that you will get the 1/3 of what the server makes extra.

Unless you're a registered company, you can't call yourself a company. Don't use "I GUESS" when saying if you're a company or not. You either are, or you aren't.

Well, if you have any common sense whatsoever, (As in putting 2 and 2 together) the point I'm trying to get across is, is that you will be paid 1/3 extra of what the server makes. So don't dwell upon such a stupid little mistake I made. Thanks for the info though, I suppose.

I have common sense, but I am telling you not to promote yourself as a company in any way (saying "I GUESS" is exactly that) if you are not representing a legally registered company.

Well, alright my apologies then. Considering I haven't stated that we were a company in the 'information you need to know' then no, we are not a company. I apologize if I was confusing but the point I was trying to exchange (as I mentioned, once again above), was that "you will be paid 1/3 extra of what the server makes"
