I'm Currently looking for a Drug server setup. I have a Budget of 40$ i'm looking for semi-HQ with these thing included:

1. Some sort of team system[Like factions or Towny]
2. A Villager sell shop
3. Nice essentials messages
4. Nice ban messages[LiteBans]
5. a Anti AFK System that blocks AFK Pools/Machine
6. A Police rank with frisk and batons Commands like /onduty or /offduty
7. A jail system
8. In-Game Ranking system
9. Donor Ranks
10. Fully made PermissionEX config
11. Some sort of selling Multiplier
12. Crates [3 different crates /w rewards]
