For some reason I wanted to create a forums about drugs and stuff but I don’t know whether or not I could at least make my money back and how I would advertise it... would it be hard to make my money back? How would I advertise this?

Agreed if you start making any sort of profit on the dark web you could be taking profit from other competitors and that’s one easy way to piss off the wrong crowd.
