Commands:
/duelsetspawn1 - Sets the spawn point 1 for the arena. Permission: duel.admin
/duelsetspawn2 - Sets the spawn point 2 for the arena. Permission: duel.admin
/duel [Player] - Sends a duel request to a player asking if they want to 1v1 (Duel).
/duel accept - Accepts the current duel request.
Once someone wins a duel it should broadcast a message saying:
''1v1 // [Player] won the duel against [Player2] with [HP]♥ left.''
The winner then has 10 seconds the time to pickup the stuff that the other one just dropped, then gets teleported to the spawn cords. (Preferably an option to set the cords somewhere in a config.)
