A bit more info about the specifics of the features you're looking for would be helpful. It's a bit difficult to give price info when we don't really know what we're getting into.

For example: Renamed ranks like: Recruit, Officer, Co-Leader and leader. Better TNT, Clickable /f map, so I can click to claim wilderness, F top with MySQL support. Features like this

Are you using a specific Factions plugin right now? The plugin that I'm currently making is more for the HCF type of servers.
