A Faction's map build

Hi everyone,

I am currently looking for a builder / group of builders to make a fairly detailed custom Factions spawn, The server's name is RespiratorPvP.

I am looking for a medium sized build with some nice design's I am open for suggestions from the builder(s) on what they think will look nice or of what they enjoy building most, I'm also looking for some End, Nether etc spawn's which I'm wanting pretty small just some little spawn which players join into when transported to that world.

I have the money to spend on these builds and am willing to pay half first with a look at the build or at least a photo then pay the rest with a +1 Rep your way.

Please PM me if you are interested in this project and are willing to build these spawn's.

I will also most likely go back to you with new build idea's if the first one turns out good.
