Hi! My server partner and I are looking to purchase an HQ factions server
Here are the requirements for the factions server
that we'd take into interest for buying :

[^] HQ Paid builds [Spawn, Shop, Koth, Etc.]

[^] Custom and or premium plugins

[^] HQ XenForo website

[^] A TeamSpeak with a dedicated IP

[^] Most have at least 1 domain [.com domain with a play. subdomain]

[^] HQ Custom Terrain

[^] Professional and mature staff

[^] Custom and or premium plugins = custom can equal up to 250-500 too, premium is cheap

[^] HQ XenForo website = $35-100

[^] A TeamSpeak with a dedicated IP = meh

[^] Must have at least 1 domain [.com domain with a play. subdomain] = less than $10

[^] HQ Custom Terrain = can go up to $800 depending on the size

[^] Professional and mature staff = these staff are paid, depending on how much they want to be paid

Player bases can equal up to more than $500, in total, the server could cost you more than $1,000. You're only going to get a setup for $200-250, not a player base or an actual established server. You're dreaming, mate.

If you're selling a server for his asking price then your server must either be mediocre in quality or a really bad deal. He might as well put the $250 towards a more expensive server.

I'm not chatting sh--t at all, I'm stating facts that are more than likely 100% true given your demeanor. Given the fact your server is up for sale for $250 I would be really skeptical about the quality of the server and the quality of the map. Your server is very likely not worth $250 despite the fact you're trying to sell it as a fully completed package server here.
