A few prison configurations needed

Howdy, don't have much time on my hand so why not hire a few talented individuals to do my dirty work for me. Here's a few things I need;
(Already have builds)

Prison mines, configuring and setting up every mine with a "balanced overpowered" (How ironic) economy.
Setting up crates and vouchers to be very fancy, mwuah mwuah.
Tablist and featherboard.
Groups, permissions, and prestiges.

Willing to pay a blockgame kid $30 or a $35 logo for this, let me know.
