A fifa themed plugin

Hello!

I am looking for a FIFA-themed plugin that can do as asked for below before I start this thread I would kindly ask for all developers to do this work for free and for a set pay of $5-20 in the future, therefore, we continue the thread:

The plugin core ideas:

• Bronze, Silver and Gold leagues for players to join into and compete in
• After winning 5 games, the player can promote themselves from (Bronze > Silver)
• If the player loses 3 games after being Silver, they get put back into the Bronze league.

Other Ideas:

• When the player clicks the sign or types in the command, the plugin makes the player join a game against other people who are online in the same leagues, there will be a set tournament each week which will happen on a (Sunday) which players can join from any leagues, winner of this tournament would get a free donator rank or some other special effects.
• Special tags for winning each game (this does not have to be added into the plugin but may be a future add-on
• After the player reaches the highest league (Gold) they will get teleported to spawn and particles will start spinning around the player, and it clears the player's hotbar accept from the center slot which will be a (slime ball) that when the player right clicks it, they go against the "Elite Players" and if they win, they get put back into Bronze but they go up to the rank "Bronze II"

Currently, this is all that is wanted from this plugin, and after I start to pay I will start asking for more, if you can make this plugin please either contact me on here or on skype;

Lol you won't find anyone even near qualified enough to do such plugin for $20. This would cost you at least $300 unless you find some kid who thinks he can do it when he couldn't do it properly : P

5 Dollars? damn dude, you aint gonna get anywhere near the plugin you want for 5 dollars. Try 350 or 400
