I don't know much about hosting and specs, but I'm just wondering if anyone knows good dedi servers in the US with roughly these specs: an i7 and 32gb ram
My server isn't using bungicord and is a single-world and very resource intensive

Yea SoYouStart or OVH would probably be your best option, Hetznet has some I7 servers too which are worth checking out (although not us) ;)
