A Good Developer.

I'm looking to hire a good developer (specifically a dev team) to help my server. I do not have the skill to do most of the things, I have bugs on my server, I have plugins I want created (nothing big) and I have things I want to be fixed/added. I don't know how the pay will work, but I know that the way this will be, is for say one day I need help with this thing, I will msg you on skype or something, or I send you a list of things needed to be fixed / done. I am willing to give out my multipanel. Thanks!
