I would like to get more clients, but I don't. :( Is there any good websites for beginner web developers? Like where I can find simple jobs for small money (it can be as low as $20) and there isn't a HUGE competition.

PebbleHost
High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

There technically isn't a "site" where freelancers can go to perse, however, there are tons of sites where clients list their needs and developers can answer to those listings (much like how it is here). If I could suggest a site, go to Freelancer, you might just find something there that pertains to you (keep in mind that these are professional listings with either very specific projects or tight deadlines).

Could I get clients with my website? www.ammrdevelopment.me or I'm way out of their league or I'm not professional enough.

It really depends on what the patron wants. If you consider yourself good enough at creating custom websites and are able to capture the image your client wants, then go for it! You can only get better through experience, however, there are freelance web developers who would blow most of us out of the water with their skill / creativity. Your website looks quite good for someone who only started 7 months ago but since you've stated that you like small projects, I'd advise you stay here as most job requests aren't as demanding. Again, if you feel that you are ready, by all means go ahead!
