I personally don't recommend PebbleHost as i've had many problems with them. Half the time my servers are down and are laggy. I recommend some hosts like:
- Shockbyte
- AnvilNode
- UGN Servers
- Plox Host
- MC Pro Hosting
- FadeHost

There are many more hosts but you should take a look yourself in the Hosting category. There are many good ones there.
