A good skin creator for one or two skins

I would like to request a creator to make a skin for one or two of my OG accounts for a small amount for each, a few dollars, depending on the quality. If anyone would like to take this small job please contact me, I don't know what I would like as the skin so creative freedom is encouraged. Thank you for reading,
