I strongly suggest Klanx with plox.host. I currently have 2 iron servers there for $6/mo each ($12/mo) and this gives me 4GB PLUS web hosting for free which has helped me out a lot. It is a smaller hosting company compared to others, meaning suggestions are being taken from clients, and the owner is great to work with! Unlike other hosts I've been with, klanx also helps with 3rd party issues not relating to his hosting service, such as problems with plugins, pointing domains etc.
