Had an amazing idea!
A program that helps designers it syncs with your PayPal and a cloud service you have 4 groups

Awaiting payment
Working in Progress
Orders
Done

So basically everytime you get an order you put the user's name amount of money and Email in this program(his name goes to "Awaiting Payment" tab) then when the customer hits you up with the payment the program that is synced with your PayPal detects that this email sends money and places his name on the Orders bar. When you start working in the order (you have to set the .psd file you are working on exactly like his name) his name gets transferred to the Working in Progress tab. When you are done with this customer design, you export the final image as the user's name, and the program automatically places his name in the Done tab uploads the .png and .psd file into the cloud server and deletes the files from your PC.
