Okay So my name is Lander, I cannot proclaim myself as expert or Professional but
I can at least tell you truth that I am just a trainee Staff yet Experienced. I am 13 years old which I don't know why my age on forums says 17. I clearly remembered that I clicked it to 13 years old.
I am still a teenager yet very fun to communicate with. I can work 10-12 hours a day or sometimes a complete 24/7 inside the server.
My farthest Position so far is Manager. I, who organize Staff Applications and events like Christmas Special, Halloween Events and daily promo that our server can manage to bring everyone to interest. I am very strict when it comes to promoting players which they truly desire especially Builder or Build Team. Also I have improved my terra forming skills with Medieval if needed. Anime is Love

I manage the Staff's permission if needed
Also I am Web Developer, I manage and maintain the Chat and other inappropriate things blocked and others prohibited from the law.
I can contribute ideas and other things interesting also Creative Ideas that could make the players have the best moment with the server.
I configure Errors and plugins and I will fix them as soon as possible.

BananaRealms - I was Promoted to the lowest Rank until Manager also worked with mature and older staffs that they are the ones who taught me a lot about Staff Experience.

What I Need As Payment
Seriously, I want to take the opportunity to those who are interested. I am willing to do everything I can in order to make my life grow with people around the world. I want a lower Rank Maybe Moderator and Helper will do. I don't need Money because the only thing I want as payment is working with you and other Staffs. I want to know more and gain experience while working with the Staff Team. Maybe I am too young, But I'm sure I can make it to you somehow.
