Yes. You read it right. I want people to post their opinions here or PM me their experiences/opinions with hosts to NOT USE.

I am going to use this to filter out hosts that have standing good reputation in a mass's eyes and use them for a 3-4gb server to run a randomized skyblock plugin I got made for free.

My friends and I (about 8 of us in total) will be playing and fucking around on it lol. Basically I'm starting a server from Wilburt's video on youtube of the "Randomizer Skyblock Challenge" series.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

I got a 47 ping, which is 100% fine for MC. Still lag ballz
Yeah I have personally been to an Inap DC. Honestly the best DC I have ever visited. They are a good company and cannot be judged by how their clients handle stuff.
Eh inap is a good company its just im almost 100% sure hypixel has colo with them but I could be wrong. Also remember Hypixel uses Cloudflare Spectrum so extra latency
Could we errr, stay on topic? Thanks :)

MCProHosting.
Suddenly our server was deleted and it took nearly 2 month to get a response, whilst it was my fault (I had quit my job and my bag went "missing" just before I left due to my boss screaming at me. I hadn't found out my debit card had been stolen until 2 months later yet somehow MCProHosting found out nearly instantly - weird system.) they kept putting off responding, we didn't bump the support request so we hadn't delayed their viewing of our ticket, just kept making new ones to remind them to look into it.

Nearly 2 months after they deleted everything they finally told us why it had been deleted. I was easily able to prove that it was my card and someone else had stolen it after me paying for this server for a year. They didn't back up anything, we were given a backup we had made months beforehand and not any of the resent auto backups. Needless to say everyone was angry and upset (especially as it was a creative server) and we just didn't want to run servers ever again.

I didn't think MCP was that bad... i only heard overprice and overselling of server resources, yikes.

Any reason for beastnode to be on the list.

I know it's off topic, but HeavyNode and SparkedHost are the best.
Just looked up HeavyNode, the premium servers are incredibly cost-efficient in terms of specs offered and services provided. How is it so much cheaper than other competitors?

They offer some pretty hot promos, but like I never said it was cheap. In fact dont make a server if you're a cheapo
1) No one said that you said it was cheap. I said it was "cheaper" than the alternatives and cost-efficient in terms of the specs.
2) That's completely false. Most startups begin with very little to no money or in the garages of their founders, so being a penny-pincher actually helps, as long as you know when to capitalize on a good opportunity, even if it's expensive.
3) It truly is a lot cheaper than its alternatives.

What was the poor experience if I may add? Just a brief 2 sentences if you can spare that for me. I'm trying to filter out the bad hosts with ones that aren't spoken of with the risk knowing that if they're not known, they may turn out bad, but most likely be alright for my purposes.
My personal experience:

They attempted to overcharge me (and they did).
Waited about 1 month to get a single response from their support about this.

Eventually went on and trashed their discord till they got triggered.
In fact their discord policies are unclear because a moderator asked me what host I was switching to, and I got kicked for saying the name. Eh. Got the reply about a week after this after I DM'd them. They refunded, thankfully. Had my finger on open scam report, but didn't because of the backlog :p
BTW live chat is terrible.

also servers often lag when they reach 75% capacity in RAM
