Hey guys, does anybody else has the same issue as me?
Wanting to start something but when you are searching someone to do it with and make a strong team like you cannot find people with passion to do it. Like what I miss are the dedicated people who do not care about money. Who want to create something from nothing and grow it like a little flower. People who think all day long on how to do the things they do better, how to attract more players etc. People are just lacking passion, the greater goal everyone just wants the quick bucks and go away and not fight for a bigger goal.
Like I pay well and reward everyone as fair as possible I even underpay myself to pay other people better but idk.
I am setting up a Minecraft server which is going to be something special and I know this thing is going to work because I know what I am doing and I have the resources to do what I do.
If anyone recognizes this frustration maybe, we can have a chat hahaha. For the rest of it I am a pretty chill guy.
