A LOAN IS FINAL ONCE THE MONEY IS SENT!!

Recently I loaned Paradise $6 for a payback of $8 a week later. However, after I sent him the money 5 min later he no longer needed it and refunded it and claimed he didn't owe the ROI. I think it's bs that a user can cancel the loan 5 min cause of an issue they had. The rule should be once the money is sent the loan is active. None of this "5 min grace period" bs. What do you guys think?

The only TOS he made was that "I will invest $5, and you bring $7 back to me." That TOS was violated.

The real question is, how did he scam?
From looking at the Conversation, does it look as if he did it on purpose? There was no intention to Scam, he offered to pay him to purchase the game and pay the ROI after as well.

The purpose of the loan is no longer possible - he has no use of the money so he issues a refund. What makes you think he should still pay the ROI?

If the purpose is no longer possible, it makes the TOS void. There are many more examples that relate off to this, either way this doesn't differentiate time being the only factor.

M6 will probably quote my Pm as I did say "Issue Resolved" but that was out of pure anger. That is not how I internally felt. Then I was suspended for 1 week. Now that I'm back I want this dealt with publicly.

Not at all. The suspension is irrelevant to this whole thing.

Extra note: Once a loan is made, it's settled. Even refunding a second later, they will charge the interest. That's what the staff here don't understand and think that they know more about something they never researched... Like investments.

He was suspended for a week basically meaning he couldn't of brought this up anytime sooner.
