I'll be paying you 5$ to the redone of this logo.
Please note that I won't pay you before the work is done.
I want the exact of this, won't pay if its different.

That what you have done is not good. You stole my client with I have arranged for 1$ plus the logo is different a bit. If you ever do this job for 3$, I will pay you once the logo is equal to mine.
