Well it is out there publicly without a watermark and, if you think about it, as soon as the person publishing it buys it and uses it somewhere it's out there anyway.

Then they're illegally using it lmfao, it isn't out there without a watermark.

The artist does have the copyright on it but you don't so it would only be infringing his rights. I highly doubt someone would attempt to make a case about a digital piece of art that they got paid for originally.
