I wanted to make this thread to help out avsterbone and explain what he is doing wrong, so that he can get his reputation back on the road. I'm making a public thread so that others can leave their feedback as well.
Issues:
1. You're an attention whore. I hate to say it, but you're always trying to be the center of attention and always trying to be known. You're successful at this, but not in a good way. You don't always have to be the one everyone is looking at. Keep to yourself at times.
2. Your videos. I think dubs are funny, and I enjoy watching them, but making videos against members and staff/BeBosny in particular really ruins your image. You literally made a video titled, "BeBosny is a stupid n***er". I mean, come on dude. You repeatedly harass him in the shoutbox, and that's why you're on his ignore list.
BeBosny isn't my best friend either, I wouldn't say he likes me. However, I would not say that he gets annoyed enough at me that I get put on his ignore list, or that others have to step up for him (SSenile, others im forgetting).
My advice to you:
Keep to yourself a little more often. This site is more about deals and less about discussion and making friends. Sure, you can do both of those things here but that's not the primary purpose of the website. Give BeBosny some space, don't make stupid attention whore threads, and you'll be good to go.

You told me on skype that you didn't want reputation implemented as people would negative rep you. It's time to change that, and here's a little boost to jump start that.
