Hi, I am admin of The Cracked Server, we need plugin developers who are willing to work for free. You can take it as plugins for the server are for your free time. I guess what the others tried to tell you was that no sane developer is going to accept this offer. You can't expect people to work for you and follow your guidelines and rules without giving them back anything. It does not even necessarily have to be a huge amount of money, but it has to be somewhat proportinate to the required work.

No one will work for free, time means money. I would suggest to have a budget for developers

For free, you could teach yourself how to make a plugin. You'll be able to make your own plugin as well as understanding what it takes to dev a plugin.

I would say you are a bit wrong. If you would like to get professional developer with a lot of experience then alright, but on a market there are some developers that just need experience and they will just do some plugins for free and improve..

Beginners might give a very small plugin or 2 for a vouch but that's pretty much it. I believe OP is looking for something more.
