A mod for 1.7.10/1.8.9

Hi! I love how items move in view bobbing but just not the camera movement since it messes up my aim ;p If anyone would be able to develop a mod for 1.7.10/1.8.9 that would disable the camera movement while keeping the item movement. I would be willing to pay for it (To prove that you aren't scamming pls send me a short video of the mod being used)
