A need a WARZONE design and a custom world (ruin them)

So what i am looking for is someone to create me a custom warzone design, I want it to be under ruin theme and it will go 200 blocks from spawn, which is already built. I am also requesting a custom world, where bedrock will be at why level 1 and stone will be the only underground block with no caves, where the surface will be like a plains design so it should be grass with not many hills, with not too many trees. I also would like there to be stone/cobblestone chunks too instead of it being all plains.
